Return and Refund Policy


At Nova’s Nibbles, we take great care in crafting safe, tasty, and wholesome dog treats for your furry friends. Because our products are edible and intended for animal consumption, we must prioritize health and safety at all times.


Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our dog treats, we do not accept returns. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot accept it back under any circumstances, as this helps us prevent potential contamination and maintain the highest safety standards for all our customers’ pets.


Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if a product arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a product that is not up to our usual standard, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it quickly. Once approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.


Non-Refundable Situations
We’re unable to provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
