Nova’s Nibbles Shipping Policy

At Nova’s Nibbles, we’re committed to getting your goodies to you as quickly and safely as possible! Please read our shipping policy below for all the details on how we handle deliveries.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Method & Rates

We currently offer one standard shipping option:

Evri Standard 2–4 working days £3.99

Free Shipping: Orders over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or busy periods.


3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your Nova’s Nibbles delivery every step of the way.


5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at novasnibblesltd@gmail.com within 2 days of the expected delivery date.
Be sure to include your order number and any relevant details or photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
